Question 1

No. WinBalance hydraulic and mechanical lift bases are 100% non-electric. There is no motor, no power cable, no battery and no control box, so the desk can be placed anywhere and the patented buffer keeps the motion smooth and quiet.

Accepted Answer

No. A WinBalance hydraulic or mechanical lift base is 100% non-electric - no motor, no power cable, no battery, no control box. You adjust the height by hand and the patented buffer keeps every stroke smooth and quiet. No power requiredSilent, no motor humFree floor placementBecause nothing is powered, an electric point is never a constraint. That matters most for schools, clinics, libraries and elderly-care settings, where cable runs have to be safety-checked, and for meeting rooms and hotel rooms where furniture must be moved without re-wiring.It also removes the two things buyers complain about most on electric desks: motor hum during a meeting, and a dead desk when the actuator or control box fails. A hydraulic base keeps working for its whole service life with no electronics to replace.Want a quieter, low-maintenance alternative to an electric sit-stand desk? Question 2

Yes. WinBalance lift bases use a double-column steel frame and a mechanical locking collar, so the work surface stays firm when you type, write or lean. There is no motor, no drift and no wobble.

Accepted Answer

Yes - a WinBalance hydraulic base is rigid enough to type, write and lean on. Stability comes from the frame, not from the motor: a double-column steel tube overlaps at every height, and a mechanical locking collar takes the load off the hydraulic seal once you stop.Double-column steelMechanical lock collarZero wobble at typing heightSingle-column telescopic legs flex under side load, which is what makes a desk feel shaky while you type. WinBalance doubles the column and machines the inner tube to a tight clearance, so lateral play is measured in tenths of a millimetre. The patented buffer also removes the bouncy "spring" feel that plain gas or spring lifts have at full extension. Load capacity is marked on each base and verified by load testing, so you can specify a model that stays solid with a monitor arm, a PC tower and a stack of files on top.Specifying for a project? Tell us your desk size, top weight and target heights and we will match the column diameter and load rating for you.

Question 3

WinBalance hydraulic and mechanical lift table bases are cycle-tested to 120,000 full lift-and-lower strokes and covered by a 2-year warranty. Because there is no electric motor or control box to fail, the sealed cylinder and patented buffer are the only wearing parts.

Accepted Answer

A WinBalance hydraulic lift table base is engineered and cycle-tested for 120,000 complete lift-and-lower strokes - roughly 30 years of normal daily use - and every base carries a 2-year warranty.120,000-cycle testedPatented buffered lift2-year warrantyThe part that fails first on most height-adjustable desks is the electric motor and its control box. A hydraulic or mechanical lift base removes both. WinBalance uses a sealed hydraulic cylinder with a patented buffer, so travel stays smooth at the top and bottom of every stroke instead of slamming into a hard stop.Every base is jig-welded, powder-coated and then cycle-tested before it leaves the line. Production runs under ISO 9001, and SGS inspection reports can be supplied with the order. Spare cylinders and complete replacement frames are available for long-term maintenance contracts.Buying for a school, clinic, bank or elderly-care facility? Long-life lift hardware means fewer service calls and a longer replacement cycle - ask us for a 5-year spares plan with your quotation.

Question 6

Yes. WinBalance outdoor metal furniture undergoes hot-dip galvanizing and electrostatic powder coating to resist rust and corrosion, making it ideal for outdoor restaurant and hotel table bases.

Accepted Answer

WinBalance metal furniture typically exhibits strong durability and corrosion resistance, enabling it to withstand natural factors such as wind, rain, and sun exposure in outdoor environments, thus making it highly suitable for outdoor use. To ensure the long-term durability of metal furniture in outdoor settings, we employ the following crucial processes for corrosion and rust prevention:Surface Treatment : This is a crucial step in corrosion and rust prevention. Through grinding, polishing, and other operations, we remove impurities and uneven surfaces from the metal, providing a solid foundation for the adhesion of subsequent coatings.Hot-dip Galvanizing Process : Metal components are immersed in molten zinc, resulting in a firmly adhered zinc layer on the metal surface. This zinc layer forms a protective barrier against corrosion, effectively resisting the erosion of natural elements and extending the lifespan of metal furniture.Electrostatic Powder Coating Technology : This technique allows powder paint to be evenly applied to the metal surface. The resulting coating is not only sturdy and aesthetically pleasing but also further enhances the corrosion resistance of metal furniture and elevates its visual appeal.By combining these three processes, we significantly enhance the corrosion and rust resistance of outdoor metal furniture, ensuring its durability in harsh natural environments. Thanks to our factory's high-quality production capabilities, WinBalance metal furniture is an ideal choice for outdoor settings, and you can confidently select and use it for your outdoor restaurant table bases and hotel furniture needs.
