The part that fails first on most height-adjustable desks is the electric motor and its control box. A hydraulic or mechanical lift base removes both. WinBalance uses a sealed hydraulic cylinder with a patented buffer, so travel stays smooth at the top and bottom of every stroke instead of slamming into a hard stop.

Every base is jig-welded, powder-coated and then cycle-tested before it leaves the line. Production runs under ISO 9001, and SGS inspection reports can be supplied with the order. Spare cylinders and complete replacement frames are available for long-term maintenance contracts.
